Thank you for your interest in my shops or in my products.  If you are contacting me for the purpose of returning an item, please refer to my "Returns Policies" page first.

Shipping information is provided for ALL handmade items at the time they are shipped. For security reasons I can not give out Tracking Numbers or Addresses through email or phone contacts.  Shipping and Billing for items purchased through my Retail shop are currently handled by Amazon and Third Party Dealers and can NOT be handled by me.

I do my best to respond to ALL contact quickly, however, please keep in mind that I am a single proprietor business and am not available 24/7 like a larger corporation may be, so please be patient when waiting for a return email/call.

Phone calls are answered/returned Monday - Friday 8am-4pm ONLY!
