Shop Policies

Retail Shop Policy:
CellDara's Retail shop is an affiliate shop. Items are neither sold or shipped by CellDara's owner. All sales are made through Amazon and/or one of any number of Third Party shops. While CellDara's owner does attempt to ensure that items offered are only listed with reputable Third Party Shops or through Amazon itself, there is a margin for error. However, all billing, shipping and return policies are handled by Amazon and/or Third Party Shops. CellDara has NO control over your orders, items, shipping, returns or billing.  Please refer to your Amazon account for order confirmation and package tracking. Contact Amazon customer service, through your Amazon account/orders page, for any problems with your order.


ALL Following Policies Apply To CellDara's Handmade Shop ONLY!

Payment Policy: 
No items will be shipped/delivered prior to cleared payment!

Checks and Cash are not accepted for eCommerce purchases. Please refer to eCommerce site's individual policies for payment. Credit Cards, Gift Cards and PayPal are accepted by CellDara when available.

Cash is the preferable payment for in person purchases. Items paid for by check will be held for 10 business days before shipping/delivery. Returned checks will incur a $20 Returned Check Fee. Credit card payments are not currently being accepted for in person payment.

Cleared Payment times should be as follows:
PayPal - Immediate
CD Gift Cards - Immediate
Credit Cards - 24-48 Hours
Gift Card - 24-48 Hours
Check - 7-10 Business Days


Gift Card Policy:
Gift Cards issues by and for CellDara will be treated as Cash payments.
Gift Cards issues by and for eCommerce sites will be treated as Credit Cards.


ShippingPolicy:
All items (excluding Custom Orders) will ship within 1-3 days of cleared payment. No items will be shipped prior to payment.  Please view payment policy for the expected clearance time.

All shipment is made through the United States Postal Service Priority Mail or First Class Mail. All shipping prices include tracking/delivery confirmation when shipped Priority Mail, but does not include insurance. I suggest insuring all packages just in case something gets lost.  The cost for insurance up to $500.00 will be an additional $4.60 charge. Please contact Sabrina at the time of purchase if you wish to add insurance to your costs. Insurance costs will be billed through PayPal, and will be a separate charge in addition to purchase billing.

CellDara chooses USPS Priority Mail for expedited, speedy and safe delivery to its destination in most cases. CellDara works hard to keep shipping costs low. The pricing of shipment is consistent with the overall weight and size of the orders placed. Please take into consideration the costs of boxes, packing materials, shipping and handling charges.

CellDara is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. No refunds will be made if your package is lost or stolen via any shipping method utilized. Tracking is included for ALL packages! If your package does not arrive as expected please contact USPS with tracking information (provided to you when items ship) to file a dispute.

The local Post Office offers hours Monday thru Friday ONLY.  Weekend shipping IS available for Rush orders ONLY. Due to the requirement of extra travel for Rush weekend shipping this service will incur an additional $5 charge. Rush orders not shipped on Saturday will not incur this fee, however a higher shipping fee will be required in accord with USPS's Rush shipment fees.  Please make ALL Rush shipment requests at the time of purchase!

Local Delivery Policy:
CellDara is currently based in Sabrina's private home. No store front is currently available.  NO Local deliveries will be made to private homes, and NO pickup will be available from Sabrina's home.

Meetings for delivery can be arranged for one of the following local establishments:
Eat'N Park Restaurant, Monongahela, PA
Monongahela Library, Monongahela, PA
Eat'N Park Restaurant, Belle Vernon, PA

ALL Delivery meetings MUST be made during normal business hours of said establishment.


Custom Orders:
To request custom items please contact Sabrina directly.  Please understand that acceptance of orders is generally based upon available supplies. If supplies are NOT readily available a delay of up to 90 days may be necessary for supply restock.  Please allow 7-21 days from order acceptance, or arrival of supplies, for all custom items to be handcrafted.  Jewelry items are generally available for shipping within 7-10 days, however bath & body creations, herbal, magickal and other items may take as much as 21 days before shipment.


Returns:
CellDara will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items shipped within the US or Internationally, through USPS (the common carrier used) or any other shipping method buyer requests, but would be more than happy to add additional insurance at an additional cost. Shipments are not insured unless insurance is requested and paid by buyer in advance. If buyer requests insurance on purchase shipment, buyer is responsible for contacting the shipping carrier to recoup all losses. Do not assume insurance will be added to your shipment.

Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery of your package after it has left our hands, the Postal Service has been known to hold packages in customs for International Shipments as well as Domestic Shipments for several weeks prior to reaching its destination. CellDara is not responsible for delays caused by customs, USPS or any shipping carrier.

Due to the nature of my handmade creations, all sales are final. Cancellations on custom orders will be charged a minimum $5.00 fee if we have already begun working on it. If your order and items have NOT already been created and/or work has already been started to hand make your magickal items, a full refund of any fees will be made. Please keep in mind that custom orders are often started within 24 hours of a request.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Any approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and will not include the original shipping costs. Return shipping will be buyers responsibility!

I strive to ensure that all of my customers are happy customers, so if you have a problem with your order, please contact me within 3 days of receipt and I would be more than happy to discuss your issues and do my best to correct any problems you may have.

These products are handmade using all-natural ingredients of the highest quality, however, the possibility of allergic reaction is not eliminated. If you experience any discomfort or abnormal reaction, discontinue use and consult a medical professional immediately.

Products are produced in an environment with nuts, peanut butter, soy, milk and other known allergens. Although a clean environment is among our top priorities when creating, storing and packaging products cross contamination with common allergens, including nuts, is possible. If you have extreme allergies please contact me with questions PRIOR to order!
